Return within 7 days of delivery
We pick up from your doorstep in Dhaka
Refund within 3-5 business days
Go to My Account → Returns and select the order and item you want to return.
Place the item in its original packaging with tags attached.
We'll arrange a free doorstep pickup within 1-2 business days (Dhaka). For outside Dhaka, you'll receive a return label.
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
